What, Where & How

I guide fishing trips in the Laguna Madre for Reds, Trout, Snook, Flounder, Black Drum, and near shore in the Gulf for Ling, Kingfish, Sharks and Tarpon.

Fishing trips can be tailored to any type of fishing you would like. Drift Fishing, Wade Fishing, Fly Fishing, or Bottom Fishing.

Typically I will take the bait, lures and tackle that will be best suited for the wind, weather, season and tide conditions on the day of your trip. If you want to fish a particular area or target a special species let me know ahead of time so I can outfit the boat accordingly. You may bring your own tackle and lures if you want, if not they will be supplied. All the gear is well maintained and in good condition.

Your charter will include all the tackle, lures, bait and fishing gear you will need to effectively fish for all the saltwater game fish found near shore and in the bay.

The boat can comfortably accommodate up to three people fishing but can handle up to four. Groups or families with children are always welcomed and often make some of the most memorable fishing trips.

What to Bring

Everyone fishing will need a valid ID and Texas fishing license. You should wear non-skid shoes, have a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Polarized sunglasses will enable you to see the fish easier. You may bring your own tackle and lures if you want, if not they will be supplied. You can also bring some drinks and snacks. I will supply the ice chest and ice. You should bring an ice chest and leave in your vehicle to take your fish home.
